Getting Started!

If you haven't yet, please view my investment page, learn about the types of sessions I offer. Then follow the booking steps below.

Steps to booking one of a kind photography session with Mary Purdy Photography

1. Contact Mary Purdy Photography for availability

2. Submit your retainer to secure your session date and time

3. View and sign you Client Agreement as well as the Cake Waiver and Questionnaire if needed

4. Submit the remainder of your session fee with in the appropriate time frame

5. Arrive to your scheduled session ready to have a one of a kind photography experience

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are perfect gifts for someone who has already booked, or someone who is ready to experience a new one of a kind photography session with Mary Purdy Photography. Gift cards can be purchased through my investment tab. If the amount you wish to purchase is not listed please email me. I will create you a personal listing.

POLICIES

Non Refundable Retainer:

A  50% retainer must be paid to secure your session date and time. The complete session fee must be paid in full prier to your session. No payments will be refunded at any time, all payments are nonrefundable. However payments can be transferred one time in the event you would like to reschedule a already booked session. Reschedules will be subject to rate changes.

Client Agreement/Cake Waiver/ Questionnaires:

You must view and sign a Client Agreement prior to your session. I have provided links to all forms and documents on each session page. No pictures will be taken till the session fee is paid in full and the client agreement is completed. For cake smash sessions you will also be required to sign a Cake Waiver before your session which can also be found on the cake smash session page. Please also take your time and fill out the questionnaires (links provided on each session booking page).

Booking/Editing/Processing Time:

Please understand I value my vision and personal editing style, I’m also a full time mommy and a wife. My editing, and processing time is three-four weeks give or take a week. Please understand that for some sessions your images could take more then four weeks to be delivered.

Rates:  

All my rates are subject to change at anytime. Booking your session and submitting your retainer guarantees my current session prices. Rescheduled sessions are subject to price change according to my current rates.
