I really wanted a boy after having Marlee and when I found out Maddy was a girl I was really sad. I didn't want another girl because I didn't know how it was possible to love another child as much as I loved Marlee much less another girl. I figured a boy would make it easier. I already had my princess why would I need another? I also remember how cute Mike was as a child and I wanted that. Well we don't always get what we hope for and in my case I wouldn't change Maddy for a boy ever. I'm not even sure I'm cut out to be a boy mom. Marlee and Maddy are alike but so different as well. When Maddy was born and I saw how wonderful Marlee was with her I knew right away our family was perfect and we didn't need a boy to complete us. I love being a girl mom, I love my girls, I love their bond, I love how much they adore each other and it shows threw all the images I capture of them! My two rainbow girls are perfection and even more perfect together!
